• I have attended the Floyd Wickman S.T.A.R. Program, an 11 week course designed to get your home sold in the least amount of time for the greatest dollar that the market will allow. I joined a select group of people in the United States and Canada, who have successfully completed the program. I was voted by my peers as most likely to succeed.

• I enjoy golf, fishing, boating and handyman projects, I and my wife of 30+ years, Marian, have two married daughters and six wonderful grandchildren.

• A Multi-Million Dollar producer. I bring to my clients over 30 years of successful selling experience with 15 of the most recent years as a Regional Sales Manager. I have jointly created a published Selling Program and have taught selling in major corporations. Currently hold a ABR Designation as an Accredited Buyer Representative and a CRS Designation as a member of the Council of Residential Specialists, which is the highest credential awarded to sales agents in residential real estate.
